Exercise of employee share options in Atea ASA ("the Company")

1. Employees in the Atea Group have exercised 357,800 options. With reference to the share repurchase program announced on 6 May 2021, Atea have used 357,800 of its own shares to fulfill the company's obligations under its employee stock option agreements. Following this transaction, the company holds 480,200 of its own shares. 2. Options exercised by primary insider 16 July 2021 Robert Giori has exercised 310,000 options in the Company, corresponding to 310,000 shares at the average strike price of NOK 71.32. 3. Transfer of rights and sale of shares The primary insider above, Robert Giori has chosen to purchase 110,000 of the underlying shares at an average price of 29.18 per share.  For the remaining 200,000 shares, Robert Giori has transferred rights to receive shares resulting from the exercise of options to a third party. The sales amount will be finally determined based on the price subsequently obtained by the third party in the market. The results of the sales process will be announced in a separate stock exchange notice when known. 4.
