Aker Offshore Wind: Reporting of Transactions Made by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by Aker Offshore Wind AS (“Aker Offshore Wind” or the “Company”) on 16 July 2021, 23 July 2021, 9 August 2021 and 13 August 2021 regarding the 2021 share purchase program for employees and the Company’s sale of own shares to employees to settle subscriptions under such program. Of the total number of shares allocated and sold in the share purchase program for 2021, Aker Offshore Wind has today sold 279 474 shares to primary insiders participating in the program, as further set out in the attached notifications for persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Aker Offshore Wind in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014 (MAR) article 19. Shares were sold at a price per share, excluding any applicable discount, of NOK 4,8029. This equals the volume-weighted average price of the Aker Offshore Wind share on Euronext Growth (Oslo) over the following days: 16 July 2021, 19 July 2021 and 5 August 2021.
