Norwegian Property ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Yanka AS has sold 71,672 shares at NOK 18.25 per share in NPRO by accepting the tending offer from Geveran Trading Co. Limited. The company is controlled by Bent Oustad (Oustad) who is CEO of  Norwegian Property ASA (NPRO). Following the transaction, Oustad and companies controlled by Oustad, do not own any shares in NPRO. Oustad has options which need to be exercised within 1 July 2022 for subscription of 5,750,000 shares in the Company as follows: 3,750,000 of the options are exercisable and the remaining 2,000,000 options will be exercisable from 1 January 2022.
