Meldingstekst
The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA 12 August, 13 August and 16
August 2021 for use in the group's savings scheme for employees, have been
distributed to the employees at a price of NOK 122,04957.
After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 41 273 shares.
As participants in the savings scheme the primary insiders have acquired shares
in accordance with the enclosed list.
