Reference is made to NTS ASA's («NTS») mandatory bid for all outstanding shares
in Norway Royal Salomon ASA («NRS»). Høstlund Invest AS, which is closely
related to Charles Høstlund, CEO of Norway Royal Salmon ASA, has on 26 August
2021 accepted the offer of NOK 240 per share, and thus sells its 160,082 shares
in NRS.
