Mandatory notification of trade - granting of stock options to new members of management

1.9.2021 08:00:00 CEST | Ice Group ASA | Mandatory notification of trade primary insiders Ola Beinnes Fosse, who assumes the role as CFO in Ice Group from today, has been granted 250,000 options in Ice Group ASA in connection with the 2021 LTI program. Following the grant Beinnes Fosse holds no shares and 250,000 options in the Company. Kirsti Eidsvik, new General Counsel in Ice Group ASA, has been granted 180,000 options in Ice Group ASA in connection with the 2021 LTI program. Following the grant Eidsvik holds no shares and 180,000 options in the Company. Please refer to the stock exchange announcement from 3 February 2021 for details on the LTI program.
