Torstein Sanness, a Board Member of Carbon Transition ASA, has purchased 285 000 shares in Carbon Transition ASA (“CARBN”) today 1 September 2021 at an average price of NOK 1,4044 per share. Following this acquisition, Mr. Sanness controls 285 000 shares in Carbon Transition ASA, which equals 0.13 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
