4 September, 2021 On 3 September 2021, Athanase Tech AB, an entity connected to Kenth Eriksson, a board member and primary insider of Zalaris ASA, sold 1 150 000 shares in Zalaris ASA at NOK 52.10. After the transaction entities connected to Kenth Eriksson hold in aggregate 2 270 125 shares representing 10,26% of the shares outstanding.
