(Oslo, Norway, 17. September 2021) Hortulan AS has today rolled over a forward contract with underlying exposure to 2,000,000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA. The new contract expires 17. December 2021 at a strike price of NOK 38.21 per share.
Hortulan AS is indirectly owned by Simen Thorsen, Chairman of the Board of Solon Eiendom ASA.
Following this transaction Hortulan AS holds 12,814,701 shares and forward contracts for 2,000,000 shares, which represents 18,16 % of the total share capital and votes of Solon Eiendom ASA.
