poLight ASA: Primary Insider Notification - Redelivery of Shares

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from poLight ASA (the "Company") on 13 September regarding the successful completion of a private placement raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 125 million (the "Private Placement") through issuance of new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company and the primary insider notification on 14 September 2021 regarding, a share lending agreement between Investinor Direkte AS (as "Share Lender") and Pareto Securities AS (as "Lending Manager"). The Lending Manager has now returned all 1,136,363 borrowed shares to the Share Lender. The Share Lender is a close associate of Ann-Tove Kongsnes, Chair of the Board of Directors.
