Oslo, 27 September 2021: Reference is made to Mercell Holding ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange announcement earlier today, on 27 September 2021, regarding the result of the offer of new shares under the Employment Share Ownership Program for the group's employees in the EU, EEA and the UK  (the "Employment Share Ownership Program") and the board of directors' resolution to increase the share capital of the Company.
