Kreano AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Convexa AS, which is a company wholly owned by Bjørge Gretland, Chairman of the Board of Directors in Kalera AS (“Kalera”), has on 3 November 2021 bought 4.000.000 shares in Kalera at a price of NOK 22.85 per share. Following this transaction Kreano AS owns 4.000.000 shares in Kalera and Convexa AS will no longer be a direct shareholder in Kalera.
