5 November, 2021 On 4 November 2021, due to an internal rebalancing, entities connected to Kenth Eriksson, a member of the board and primary insider of Zalaris ASA, re-allocated Zalaris ASA shares. Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II sold 23 998 shares at NOK 51.6553 and Athanase Industrial Partners II KB bought 23 998 shares at NOK 51.6553. After the transaction entities connected to Kenth Eriksson hold in aggregate 2 270 125 shares representing 10.26% of the shares outstanding. The entities, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB, Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and Athanase Tech AB own 720 329, 82 940 and 1 466 856 shares respectively.
