Oslo, 10 November 2021: In connection with the private placement announced by Crayon Group Holding ASA (the "Company"), Karbon Invest AS has lent out 3,685,000 shares in the Company for settlement purposes. Following the share lending but prior to the announced sale from Karbon Invest AS in the private placement, Karbon Invest AS holds 2,697,149 shares in the Company. The 3,685,000 shares will be redelivered upon issue by the Company of new shares in the private placement. Karbon Invest AS is controlled by Rune Syversen and Jens Rugseth, Chairman and member of the board of the Company, respectively. Please see attachment.
