16 November, 2021 On 16 November, Athanase Tech AB, an entity connected Kenth Eriksson, a board member and primary insider of Zalaris ASA, sold 39 850 shares in Zalaris at NOK 57.74 per share. After the transaction entities connected to Kenth Eriksson hold in aggregate 2 230 275 shares representing 10,08% of the shares outstanding. The entities, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB, Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II and Athanase Tech AB own 720 329, 82 940 and 1 427 006 shares respectively.
