R8 Property ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Porsgrunn, Norway, 18 November 2021. Brødrene Jensen AS, a close associate of Leif Oddvin Jensen, member of the board and primary insider of R8 Property ASA, has today purchased 43,000 shares at NOK 34.45 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following the transaction, Brødrene Jensen AS will own 2,937,478 shares in R8 Property ASA.
