R8 Property ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Porsgrunn, Norway, 19 November 2021. IKAB AS, a close associate of Knut Bråthen, member of the board and primary insider of R8 Property ASA, has today purchased 3,000 shares at NOK 33.995 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following the transaction, IKAB AS will own 1,882,237 shares in R8 Property ASA.
