Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (NAS) - Mandatory notification of trade primary insider

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements of Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (the “Company” or “NAS”) dated 27 May 2021 “Recommendations of the Nomination Committee”, and 4 June 2021 “Minutes from the annual general meeting 2021”. According to item 9, determination of compensation to the members of the board of directors a proportion of the annual renumeration subtracted tax is assumed to be invested in shares in the company. Primary insider Mr Lars Rahbæk Boilesen, Deputy Chair / Board Member, has purchased 9,319 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 10.19 per share. After the purchase, Mr Boilesen hold 568,424 shares in the Company.
