Endúr ASA – Mandatory notification of trade – Redelivery of shares

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Endúr ASA (the "Company") on 16 November 2021 regarding the mandatory notifications of trade in connection with the private placement raising gross proceeds to the Company of NOK 170 million. As set out in the announcement, Artec Holding AS, a company closely associated with board member Bjørn Finnøy, had agreed to lend out 226,666,667 shares in the Company to Arctic Securities AS in order to arrange for settlement of the offer shares in the private placement pursuant to a share lending agreement. Arctic Securities AS has now redelivered all borrowed shares to Artec Holding AS. Further information about the transaction is set out in the attached form.
