On December 3, 2021, primary insiders in Atea ASA completed the following
transactions.
Steinar Sønsteby exercised 508,693 options in the Company at the average strike
price of NOK 70.24. Following withholding of income taxes, Steinar Sønsteby
acquired 375,000 shares in the company.
Steinar Sønsteby sold 250,000 shares to Systemintegration ApS at an average
price of NOK 162.00. Systemintegration is controlled by Ib Kunøe, who is
Chairman of the Board of Atea ASA.
The remaining 125,000 shares are to be transferred to SS Holding AS, a personal
holding company controlled by Steinar Sønsteby.
Following the transaction:
Steinar Sønsteby owns 125,000 shares and holds 1,016,307 stock options in Atea
ASA.
Ib Kunøe and close associates controls 30,249,140 shares in Atea ASA,
representing 27.0% of the share capital.
Atea ASA has used 375,000 of its own shares to fulfill the company's obligations
under its employee stock option agreements. Following the completion of this
transaction, the company holds 608,567 of its own shares.
