Oslo, 8 December 2021 Reference is made to the announcement by Sikri Holding AS (the "Company") yesterday regarding the resolved share capital increase in connection with the Company’s employee share purchase program for 2021 ("2021 ESPP"). The following primary insiders were allocated shares under the 2021 ESPP: Nicolay Moulin, CEO, was allocated 2,186 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Nicolay Moulin controls 247,186 shares in the Company. In addition, Nicolay Moulin holds the right to 729 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP and 32,565 share options under the 2020 grant. Ann-Karin Fredriksen, Director Delivery, was allocated 2,186 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Ann-Karin Fredriksen controls 18,748 shares in the Company. In addition, Ann-Karin Fredriksen holds the right to 729 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP and 8,881 share options under the 2020 Grant. Camilla Aardal, CFO, was allocated 1,639 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Camilla Aardal controls 27,048 shares in the Company. In addition, Camilla Aardal holds the right to 1,709 bonus shares under the 2020 ESPP, the right to 546 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP and 25,904 share options under the 2020 Grant. Silje Hansen, Director Development, was allocated 1,639 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Silje Hansen controls 18 201 shares in the Company. In addition, Silje Hansen holds the right to 546 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP and 14,802 share options under the 2020 Grant. Anny Margrethe Bratterud, HR Director, was allocated 546 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Anny Margrethe Bratterud controls 546 shares in the Company. In addition, Anny Margrethe Bratterud holds the right to 182 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP. Hege Moe Tveit, Director Strategy and Business Development, was allocated 2,186 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Hege Moe Tveit controls 2,186 shares in the Company. In addition, Hege Moe Tveit holds the right to 729 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP. Therese Midthjell, Director Customer Center, was allocated 2,186 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Therese Midthjell controls 18,748 shares in the Company. In addition, Therese Midthjell holds the right to 729 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP and 8,881 share options under the 2020 Grant. Robert Vabo, a close associate of Anne Mette Havaas, was allocated 2,186 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Robert Vabo controls 5,006 shares in the Company. In addition, Robert Vabo holds the right to 940 bonus shares under the 2020 ESPP, and the right to 729 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP. The following board members were allocated shares under the same terms as the 2021 ESPP: Chairos AS, a company wholly owned by board Chairman Torstein Harildstad, was allocated 2,186 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Chairos AS controls 2,991 shares in the Company, the right to 729 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP and 25,904 share options under the 2020 grant. Rugz AS, a company wholly owned by board member Jens Rugseth, was allocated 2,186 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Rugz AS holds 7,314 shares in the Company, the right to 1,709 bonus shares under the 2020 ESPP and the right to 729 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP. In addition, Karbon Invest AS, a company controlled by Jens Rugseth, holds 6,396,273 shares in the Company. Snow AS, a company wholly owned by board member Christian Breddam, was allocated 2,186 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Snow AS controls 7,314 shares in the Company, the right to 1,709 bonus shares under the 2020 ESPP and the right to 729 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP. Stella AS, a company controlled by board member Fredrik Cappelen, was allocated 2,186 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Stella AS controls 7,314 shares in the Company, the right to 1,709 bonus shares under the 2020 ESPP and the right to 729 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP. In addition, Stella Industrier AS, a close associate of Fredrik Cappelen, controls 2,022,809 shares in the Company. Rasche Investeringer AS, a company wholly owned by board member Preben Rasch-Olsen, was allocated 1,639 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Rasche Investeringer AS controls 88,560 shares in the Company, the right to 1,709 bonus shares under the 2020 ESPP and the right to 546 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP. In addition, Carucel Finance AS, a close associate of Preben Rasch-Olsen, holds 2,099,474 shares in the Company. Sevencs AS, a company controlled by board member Rune Syversen, was allocated 2,186 shares. After completion of the share capital increase, Sevencs AS holds 7,314 shares in the Company, the right to 1,709 bonus shares under the 2020 ESPP and 729 bonus shares under the 2021 ESPP.
