Edda Wind ASA – Mandatory notifications in connection with redelivery of shares

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices of 24 November 2021, 23 December 2021 and 28 December 2021 by Edda Wind ASA (the “Company”) regarding the lending of shares in the Company to, and the partial exercise by, ABG Sundal Collier ASA, acting as stabilisation manager in connection with the Company’s initial public offering of shares, of the over-allotment option granted by the Company and the issue of new shares by the Company in that regard. ABG Sundal Collier will redeliver a total of 4,290,243 shares to Østensjø Wind AS and Wilhelmsen New Energy AS in accordance with the terms in a share lending agreement between the parties.
