(the "Company"), has today exercised his subscription rights granted in connection with the capital increase which was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on October 18th, 2021. He has subscribed and paid for 1,006 shares as further specified in the attached form. Following the transaction, Juan Carlos Ferrer holds 8,821 shares in the Company.
