(the "Company"), has today exercised his subscription rights granted in connection with the capital increase which was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on October 18th, 2021. He has subscribed and paid for 1,545 shares as further specified in the attached form. Following the transaction, Ricardo García holds 13,545 shares in the Company.
