Codee Holding AS has today acquired 3.665.467 shares in PatientSky Group AS at an average price of NOK 3,8949 per share. Codee Holding AS is controlled by Jesper Melin Ganc-Petersen, Chairman of the Board, and primary insider. As part of the transaction Codee Holding has entered into agreements with other buyers of the shares, whereof Codee Holding will sell 2.000.000 shares at the same price. Codee Holding AS increases the number of shares held through the transactions with 1.665.467 shares. Following the transactions Jesper Melin Ganc-Petersen and related parties hold 72.276.294 shares in the Company, corresponding to 36,34% of the outstanding shares.
