Flyr AS - Mandatory notification of trades

Reference is made to the announcement by Flyr AS (the "Company") on 7 January 2022 regarding commencement of a fully underwritten rights issue  in the Company (the "Rights Issue"), with tradable subscription rights being granted to existing shareholders (the "Subscription Rights"). Sale of Subscription Rights Diva Dugnad AS ("Diva Dugnad"), which owns 15,000,000 shares in the Company, was granted 26,315,790 Subscription Rights in connection with the Rights Issue and has today sold 12,850,000 Subscription Rights at an average price of NOK 0.1355 per Subscription Right. Please see the attached notification for further information. Members of management of the Company has indirectly invested in the Company through two management companies that holds shares in Diva Dugnad. Ojada AS, a company controlled by the Company's chairman of the board, Erik Braathen, controls Diva Dugnad through direct ownership in Diva Dugnad as well as having control of the aforementioned management companies. Net proceeds from the sale of the Subscription Rights is intended to be used by Diva Dugnad to subscribe for shares in the Rights Issue.
