Oslo, 27 January 2022, DLT ASA (DLTx, OSE: DLTX) Reference is made to the stock
exchange notice from DLT ASA on 24 January, regarding exercise of warrants by Tycoon Industries AS.
In order to arrange settlement for the new shares to be delivered timely regarding the exercise of warrants, a share lending arrangement has been agreed with DUO JAG AS pursuant to which DUO JAG AS has agreed to lend out 500,000 shares in DLT ASA. DUO JAG AS is owned by DLT Board Member Viggo Leisner.
