ELIMP - Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 16 February 2022. Herkules Private Equity IV (Jersey-I) L. P. and Herkules Private Equity IV (Jersey-II) L. P. (collectively, “Herkules”), companies closely associated with board member and primary insider in Elektroimportøren AS ("Elektroimportøren" or the "Company") Fredrik Toft Bysveen (a partner in Herkules Capital and which has been appointed as representatives for the Herkules funds at the board of directors of the Company), has today sold 4,150,000 shares in Elektroimportøren (1,086,912 and 3,063,088 shares in Elektroimportøren, respectively), representing 20.02% of the share capital in the Company, at a price of NOK 75.00 per share. The shares were sold through a process managed by ABG Sundal Collier ASA. Please see the attached notification for persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their close associates. After the transaction, Herkules holds no shares in the Company. Herkules is represented on the board of directors in Elektroimportøren.
