notified that these transactions have been completed today, February 18, 2022,
by primary insiders in Pexip:
Ingrid Woodhouse, Chief People Officer, has today bought 3,000 shares in Pexip
for an average price of NOK 36.00 per share. After the transaction, Ms.
Woodhouse will hold 27,930 shares and rights to 28,125 shares.
Nicolas Cormier, Chief Technology Officer, has today bought 2,900 shares at NOK
36.11 per share. After the transaction, Mr. Cormier will hold 233,473 shares and
rights to 60,000 shares.
