Oslo, 18 February 2022: SATS Management Invest AS ("SMI") has transferred 268,141 shares in SATS ASA (the "Company") to HFN Group AS ("HFN") as partial repayment of loans granted by HFN to SMI. The repayment is based on a price per share of NOK 23.68, which is equal to the volume-weighted average price of the Company's shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange in the period from 11 November 2021 to (and including) 19 November 2021 (the "Share Price").
In connection with this transaction, SMI also transferred 275,141 shares in the Company at the Share Price to certain of its other shareholders, including 162,333 shares to Silje Ree Invest AS, a company wholly owned by Silje Garberg Ree, the Company's Director of Product and Retail and primary insider.
SMI is a closely related party of the primary insiders Cecilie Elde (the Company's CFO) and Sondre Gravir (the Company's CEO)
