Mandatory notification of trade

Green Keeper AS (“Green Keeper”), the 100% direct owner of Bulk Industrier AS (“Bulk Industrier”), has on 21 February sold bonds issued by Bulk Industrier (with ISIN NO0010886922 and ticker BUIN03) (the "Bonds") with an aggregate principal amount of NOK 35,000,000 to Bulk Industrier at a price of 102.75 % of par value. Following this transaction Green Keeper owns no Bonds in Bulk Industrier. In connection with the completion of the corporate reorganisation described in the notice made by Bulk Industrier on 11 November 2021, a shareholder distribution was made from Bulk Industrier to Green Keeper AS, in accordance with the terms of the Bonds (as amended). This distribution was originally made in a combination of Bonds (owned by Bulk Industrier) and other assets. Through the transaction described herein, these Bonds have been transferred back to Bulk Industrier.
