Nordic Unmanned AS: Notification of transactions by primary insiders

24.2.2022 09:07:36 CET | Nordic Unmanned | Mandatory notification of trade primary insiders Wallcross AS, a company majority owned by Nordic Unmanned board member Andreas Christoffer Pay, has today purchased 109,000 shares of Nordic Unmanned AS from Skaulen AS, a company wholly owned by Nordic Unmanned CEO Knut Roar Wiig, at a price of NOK 26 per share. At the same time, Skaulen AS has renewed a forward contract with underlying exposure to 281,690 shares of Nordic Unmanned. The new contract expires on 20th of May at a strike price of NOK 26,28 per share. Following these transactions, Andreas Christoffer Pay directly and indirectly holds 1.743.258 shares of Nordic Unmanned AS, and Knut Roar Wiig directly and indirectly holds 2,424,184 shares, 310,000 share options, and forward contracts for 281,690 shares of Nordic Unmanned AS.
