Self Storage Group ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices on 15 March 2022 regarding the contemplated offer to acquire shares in Self Storage Group ASA ("SSG" or the "Company"). Alta Lux Holdco S.à r.l., an affiliate of Centerbridge Partners, L.P. ("Centerbridge"), has today purchased 649 000 shares in Self Storage Group ASA at NOK 32.00 per share. Prior to the purchase Centerbridge held 24 557 078 shares in the company. Following the transaction Centerbridge owns 25 206 078 shares in the company, representing 26,62% of the outstanding shares and votes in the Company. Centerbridge is the Company's largest shareholder and is closely related to primary insider in Self Storage group ASA, Steven J Skaar.
