Mandatory notification of trade

CEO Arne Mjøs has through his company Arne Mjøs Invest AS (AMI) today closed future contracts of 2,400,000 shares in Itera (ITERA). Simultaneously, AMI has opened new future contracts for 2,400,000 shares at a price of NOK 8.8874 with expiration date of 17 June 2022. New total holding is 27,263,031 shares (33.2%) of which 2,400,000 shares on future contracts.
