Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 21 February 2022
regarding the share offer for all employees in Veidekke.
The share scheme has for some employees been continued / extended as these were
prevented from subscribing for shares during the ordinary subscription period
for legal reasons. A total of 3 650 shares were purchased by these persons.
The purchases of primary insiders, as well as new holdings, are attached to this
report.
