The Kingfish Company – Trading by primary insiders

From April 25, 2022 till April 27, 2022, Ohad Maiman, founding partner, Chief Executive Officer and primary insider at The Kingfish Company, has bought another 2,000 shares at a price range of NOK 19.00 – 19.80 per share. Following the transaction, Ohad Maiman holds directly and indirectly 4,615,600 shares in The Kingfish Company, corresponding to 6.8% of the total shares outstanding in the Company.
