Post the purchase Jeppe Raaholt and affiliates hold 6,004,326 shares and 1,147,043 options in Endúr ASA. Einar Olsen, interim CFO in Endúr ASA, has today purchased 110,000 shares in Endúr ASA, at a price per share of NOK 0.4452. Post the purchase Einar Olsen holds 702,868 shares and 200,565 options in Endúr ASA.
