Zalaris ASA (“Zalaris” or the “Company”) has on 13 May 2022 settled 100,000 restricted stock units (RSUs), which are part of the Company’s share incentive plan for employees. All RSUs are settled through the transfer of the same number of the Company’s own shares to employees.
RSUs were settled with the following primary insiders:
- Richard Schiørn, EVP Solution & Delivery - Global MS: 10,000 RSUs
- Øyvind Reiten, EVP BD - Global Managed Services: 10,000 RSUs
- Halvor Leirvåg, CTO: 10,000 RSUs
- Hilde Karlsmyr, CHRO: 10,000 RSUs
