Exercise of share options by primary insider

(OSLO, Norway) — Bente Liberg, COO and primary insider of Crayon Group Holding ASA (the “Company”), has today exercised 100,000 share options in the Company, each with a strike price of NOK 15.50. The options were allocated to Bente Liberg in relation to the Company’s IPO in November 2017. After the transaction, Bente Liberg holds 100,000 share options and controls 438,390 shares in Crayon Group Holding ASA.
