7.6.2022 18:29:01 CEST | Aqua Bio Technology ASA | Mandatory notification of trade primary insiders Aqua Bio Technology ASA's ("ABT" or the "Company") board of directors has today pursuant to a board authorization granted by the general meeting on 9 June 2021 resolved a private placement towards the board members Kristin Aase and Tone Bjørnov (the "Subscribers") in connection with the Subscribers' exercise of 25,000 share options each at a subscription price of NOK 7 per new share. All the exercised options have been granted in accordance with the Company's share option program as described in the Company's latest annual financial statements. Following the subscription of the new shares Kristin Aase holds directly and indirectly, through being a close associate with Kjeveortoped Espen Dahl AS, 1,459,707 shares in the Company, whereas Tone Bjørnov holds 153,203 shares in the Company.
