Averøy, Norway, 9 June 2022 Øyvind Schanke, board member and primary insider of Nordic Halibut AS, has on 8 June 2022 purchased 5 000 shares in the company at an average price of NOK 26,80 per share. All transactions have been completed through his closely associated company Schanke Holding AS. After the transaction, Schanke Holding AS holds 5 000 shares in Nordic Halibut AS.
