(the “Company”), has on 13 June 2022 acquired 5,109 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 89.360544 per share. Following the transaction, EPS Ventures Ltd. holds a total of 15,066,607 shares in the Company, equivalent to 37.66 % of the Company’s shares.
