Pioneer Property Group ASA, which is closely associated with Hospitality Invest AS, has today acquired bonds in HOIN02 - ISIN NO0010808835 issued by Hospitality Invest AS for a nominal amount of NOK 108 000 000 at a price of NOK 98.25. Following the transaction Pioneer Property Group ASA holds bonds with a total nominal amount of NOK 158 000 000 in HOIN02. Roger Adolfsen, who holds the position as Chairman of the Board in Pioneer Property Group ASA, is defined as primary insider in Hospitality Invest AS.
