Pioneer Property Group ASA, which is closely associated with Hospitality Invest AS, has today acquired bonds in HOIN02 - ISIN NO0010808835 issued by Hospitality Invest AS for a nominal amount of NOK 55 860 000 at a price of NOK 98.00. Following the transaction Pioneer Property Group ASA holds bonds with a total nominal amount of NOK 213 860 000 in HOIN02. Roger Adolfsen, who holds the position as Chairman of the Board in Pioneer Property Group ASA is defined as a primary insider in Hospitality Invest AS.
