Grant of employee share options

Airthings ASA (“Airthings” or the “Company”) has on July 1, 2022, granted 1,580,732 share options to employees at a strike price of NOK 3.69. The options vest in tranches with 25% of the granted options on each anniversary of the grant. Each share option corresponds to one share. Please refer to the annual report 2021 for further details regarding the Company’s option plan.
