The following closely related parties of primary insiders in the Company were allocated shares under the Retail Offering: Vilde Sørensen Vabo, closely related party to Anne Mette Havaas, was allocated 625 shares under the Retail Offering. After completion of the share increase, Vilde Sørensen Vabo controls 625 shares in the Company. Jonas Havaas Lorentzen, closely related party to Anne Mette Havaas, was allocated 625 shares under the Retail Offering. After completion of the share increase, Jonas Havaas Lorentzen controls 625 shares in the Company. Emma Havaas Lorentzen, closely related party to Anne Mette Havaas, was allocated 625 shares under the Retail Offering.
