Recreate ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Porsgrunn, Norway, 8 July 2022. Rising Group AS, a close associate of Emil Eriksrød, CEO and primary insider of Recreate ASA, has today purchased 18,852 shares at NOK 27.00 per share. The share purchase is made pursuant to the terms of a share sale agreement between Rising Group AS and external investor, which also included an obligation for Rising Group AS to repurchase the shares at certain prices and intervals if requested by the other party. Following the transaction, Rising Group AS will own 9,809,352 shares in Recreate ASA. Please refer to the attached notification of trading for further details.
