Mandatory Notification of Trades

Xplora Technologies AS ("Xplora" or "The Company") has been notified that the following transactions have been completed today, 15 July 2022, by primary insiders and related parties in Xplora: Kirkbak Holding AS, a company wholly owned by primary insider and CEO Sten Kirkbak, has today bought 10,000 shares in Xplora at a price of NOK 11.1344. Following this transaction Kirkbak Holding AS holds 1,010,000 shares in Xplora. MK Capital AS, a company owned 50% by primary insider and CEO Sten Kirkbak, has today bought 10,000 shares in Xplora at a price of NOK 11.1344. Following this transaction MK Capital AS holds 1,277,825 shares in Xplora. Clement Invest AS, a company wholly owned by primary insider and CFO Mikael Clement, has today bought 14,000 shares in Xplora at a price of NOK 10.9143. Following this transaction Clement Invest AS holds 138,850 shares in Xplora. Kristin Hellebust, primary insider and CCO has today bought 44,700 shares in Xplora at a price of NOK 11.50. Following this transaction Kristin Hellebust holds 73,304 shares in Xplora. Esmar AS, a company partly owned by primary insider and Board member Bjørn Chr. Eide has entered into an agreement to buy 250,000 shares in Xplora at a price of NOK 12.20. The transaction is expected to be completed in August 2022. Following this transaction Esmar AS holds 1,092,576 shares in Xplora. Cecilie Clement, a closely related party to CFO Mikael Clement, has today bought 6,000 shares at a price of NOK 11.00. Following this transaction Cecilie Clement hold 33,400 shares in Xplora.
