ATLANTIC SAPPHIRE ASA: NOTIFIABLE TRANSACTION – REDELIVERY OF SHARES

Miami, FL, July 27, 2022 Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Atlantic Sapphire ASA (the "Company") published on 29 June 2022 regarding the completion of a private placement raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 1,231 million through issuance of new shares in the Company, and the primary insider notification on 29 June 2022 regarding, inter alia, a share lending agreement between the Company, and its shareholders Alsco AS and JEA Invest AS and DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA. Alsco AS and JEA Invest AS are both close associates of chairman Johan E. Andreassen. All 11,013,310 shares lent out from Alsco AS and JEA Invest AS have now been redelivered to the respective lenders. Further information about the transactions are set out in the attached form.
