COPENHAGEN, July 28th, 2022: 5th Planet Games A/S (OMX: 5PG) announces that Board Member in 5th Planet Games, David Alpert buys shares through his fully controlled trust The Peanut & Pookie Family Trust.
The Peanut & Pookie Family Trust has on July 27th, 2022, acquired 135,000 new shares in 5th Planet Games at an average price of NOK 1.76. The total purchasing price for the new shares’ amounts to NOK 237,000.
Following this transaction Mr. David Alpert and The Peanut & Pookie Family Trust direct and indirect controls 16,436,679 shares in 5th Planet Games.
